Thanks. We've been on the road. I got a job offer in Lake Tahoe.... and going through Nebraska, we picked up something on the road that blew a tire and took out the gas tank. I'll get in touch with my cousin in Culver.... and thanks again....

No problem, though there is another game there too. Silent Hunter 3. You can ask Dracho and the boys, you will definitely get hours of fun from that one, and the AI is unmatched IMO from any other game, they do not play around!

You also got a brand new copy of SW TTE, yup, it's wrapped and all. seems my ex either lost the disks when I recently moved, or I MIGHT be guilty of throwing them in the trash or losing them. True to my word though, it would not be fair to offer someone a game, even if I only had it 2 months, and then give some sorry excuse as to not having it to give later, so I went and bought a new copy for you. Consider it a birthday or Christmas gift or a donation to a fellow American.

Word of warning, it does not come with a manual, it has it's own built in help, but I highly recommend you go to other games forum and ask Sten or other major players of the game for advice, or buy the hint guide at Best Buy, which is about 20 bucks, IIRC. It is a hint book from Hades though, I felt like I was reading a frigging tech manual, so I did not buy it when I had the game.

As for the rest of the D2ers, we sure had years of fun, didn't we? I'm glad that some are enjoying the game still. I for one need something new, especially after the years of progress in graphics, AI, etc... It would be nice if we could go back to the basics with a awesome dyna and a "newly designed" SFC taking advantage of new graphics and interfaces, etc... with the 6 races originally then work on that and take it from there. Unfortunately, none of us owns a computer gaming company or is a multi-millionaire to make it happen, yet... Perhaps a company will get a license and take what Taldren made and make it BETTER!

Thanks DFly, I'm around, as Kapact and others can attest. I just hang out on Hot and Spicy arguing with others while we try to debate national and international issues and solve the world's problems, but we never do, hehehehehehe. I also go Ten forward and Quark's, as I've learned to save and invest, as have some of the other dyna players and forum members.

+1 isn't adequate thanks.... but the computer won't let me add more than one in twelve hours :) I really appreciate that. You know that you didn't have to.... I would've understood if you didn't, believe me. I was just telling my wife about a week ago that I needed some good news about something, even something small, cause the last couple of months have been pretty rotten. Well, you gave me that good news. Not even so much for the game, but for the fact that you did a pretty damned decent thing. And that's too rare. And this is just another example of why I tell anyone who'll listen how good this forum is. Thanks.

BTW, I've been doing my TTE homework. The FAQ's and guides are out there, and pretty well written. Thanks again. I'll fly with you anytime.
