Thanks in advance

If your IP address is specified in your SFC.ini does it match your current public IP address?

C:\Program Files\Activision\Sfc3   is this pathway?
I didnt see any IP Addy specified.

[IPAddress]
NumOfEntries=1
Entry#0=Local Area Network
[ModemAddress]
NumOfEntries=0

this is what I found, am I barking up the wrong file?
Thanks Bonk

C:\Program Files\Activision\Sfc3\sfc.ini

Yup, thats the location, but if you didn't manually add your public IP address in the past, then that's not it.

if I take a mission it freezes on mission briefing (not debriefing) computer freezes up and I need to hit reset button. If it crashes to desktop, then if i open explorer that will freeze then i need to reset the motherboard   sheesh  :(

This is an old thread but. You need to clear the allscripts.cache.  That is the name Kurok was looking for. I suggest clearing this every time before you log on.
