California Property...
« on: November 14, 2005, 09:27:42 am »
Hey folks,

I have a question for those of you who live in Cali.  I'm not sure if property ownership is handled at a state or federal level, but I'm assuming at the state level.  I'm just curious what the restrictions or rules are for foreign (ie. Canadian) property ownership in California.  Also curious what land and housing prices are like in the Santa Barbara area and to the north of that area.

After our trip driving up California's coast, Jenn and I have been pining to return, perhaps even setting ourselves up there permanently.  The area is bloody beautiful!
