OP patch help

I've just got SFC2 Orion Pirates.  Can anyone tell me what the patch is to bring it up to date?

Strange, the game crashes when I click on the CAMPAIGN option at single player menu.

Start a new campaign, you will need to delete your old campaign files after patching.
