Registry Cleaners?
« on: October 16, 2005, 02:18:42 pm »
I am looking for a good registry cleaner, after reading that they are a very useful tool to use and allegedly maintain and help increase system performance. I know that there are plenty of free ones out there that all seem to have mixed reviews. The best reviews I have seen have been for an app called CCleaner (Crapcleaner), has anyone used this and if so how is it? Or are there any other alternative cleaners out there that you can recommend?

Thanks.

Regcleaner by Jouni Vuorio is cool and it's free...  if you just stick that into Google, and it's a very small download, about 500K...  I swear by it...

It also lets you handle your startup list, shell extensions, uninstallers etc...
