kit bash problem

i was at shipschematics.net and saw this design and tryed it ,sort'a,
well my problem there is a blank spot at the back of the saucer?
any help is needed thanx

If that's Wicked Zombie's model I hope you got permission to use it. Secondly it looks like you missed a piece of the rear saucer or you mesh isn't aligned properly.

What program are you using?

If you are using 3dMax, you need to convert the model to Editable Poly, select the Border sub-type, cap the hole, and texture it.
I would recommend putting some windows there, or another "USS Integrity" maybe.

Looks like you F-ed up & deleted some of the polys or points when merging the 2 mesh. Some times 2 polys don't weld together & this happens.
