Topic: Technical help wanted with EAW

Can anyone tell me how I can set the ambient light setting permanently to 0.0?  I keep doing it, but once I get back to the menu screen after a mission, it's always back up.  Is there a fix or code that will allow this? 

I just wanna see my custom FDD in the darkness of space with all it's lights on, it looks badass.

I've been asked a little about this, and had a talkin' to.  So I'm gonna give credit here and now.
--Some parts of the texture came from p81's blank F-CA textures.  Further love should be given to him for the Late TNG starfleet insignia.
--The back of the lower "tactical hull" once sported green lighted borg tech, with permission from WickedZombie45 to use.  It's since been changed to a Shuttlebay with blue lights around the door I made.  But I figured I should credit him anyway, for the borg stuff that I used on it so long.
--And finally some credit goes to zach21uk, who tried to fix the registry on the engines and tactical hull so it wasn't backwards on one side.  It didn't work, mind you, but for trying to help, I give him credit anyway.

You can set Ambient Lighting before the mission starts by hitting the Hotkey button, then Options. The slider is on the top right of the screen. Alternately, you can go into your SFC.ini file and set it in the "3D" section.
