Well, I did not mean to hurt anyone's feelings, speak nastily, nor 'bust your chops' in front of anyone, but above said by me is what is seen and relayed to me personally. I figured if I said it such an obnoxious fashion maybe it'd have more impact as oppose to 'can you', 'would you'... I felt as though I am the voice for greivances at this point. We have conferred and I have read and understood all that is said by you... Hopefully the others will understand what you say too. Again, it just seemed that someone ought to complain loudly for those artist's sake, as they (and I understand them) don't feel as though their unhappinesses were heard or paid attention to as much as they'd have liked. Again, did not mean to so much personally attack, but speak up loudly as it seems that anything else has been met with blaise 'oks'. I don't suppose it matters in the end-all-be-all... and defending other people is a thankless and lost art.

Ah....well, in that case I digress. Yes, I have some pull with Starforce since he is working as the Intersite Relations Director on BCU. Some pull mind you, I do not have the power to have him pull a file so to speak. Yes, I can convince him most often to pull a file or two. Yes, I was involved in the debate between him and WZ if that is what you refer to. I have made it clear to him that a modeler's rights has to be respected, as I indicated above. The only information I recieved directly from Atolm was a short email indicating he wished for the special red ship to be pulled, and he would not ask for anything else on that site to be pulled. Prior to his post here, the only other person I spoke to was Tus directly, in a conference between him, Starforce and Modelsplease that I held.

I was unaware that those that you work with hold me somehow responsible for thier work being posted where they do not desire it. Sometimes I think people give me more credit than not in this respect. While we do own quite a few properties within the communities of Star Trek gaming, we do not own or control them all. I think you will find that any property we owned was not involved in this affair.

At any rate, now that I understand the purpose of your post, I can accept your stance. I often take the blame being in the position I am in, deserved or not, and I never shy away from that. If you guys felt I should do more, or should be a larger influence in this community you certainly have cause to tell me so.
