Perhaps you need to think back to "Mirror, Mirror" where of the top 10 scoring pilots, 7 were "normal" Klingon pilots.

Chutt...with 13 kills.
Next closest was DH with 7.
4 way tie for 3rd with 5 kills: all but 1 normal klingon pilots, and he's a Rom. 
FireFox had 4th with 4.
And a 3 way tie for 5th  at 3 kills each, with Dfly being the only non-Klingon pilot.
My bad...looks like only 6 of 9...
5 pilots had 2 kills, only 2 of those are normally Klingon or Romulan.

I rest my case 

I don't think I ever lost a fair fight to a normal Klingon pilot on that server, though I've lost plenty to them when they were flying Klingon or another race, just never to one flying fed,  I think they should practice more with Federation ships 

Of my opponents however kudos to Mrogue for providing close fights

Well, congrats chuut. DH and chuut came in 1st place because 2nd place is the 1st loser! AHAHAHAHA. And whoever else was in the top ten, well, they will be forgotten...
