Topic: GAW single player?

Hello,
I recognize this might be the wrong place for this topic, if so I apologize and ask that you direct it to the correct forum.

I've D/L'd the GAW a couple of weeks ago and after gawking at all the cool ship (very nicely done, I might add!!)   I started messing around in the general single player Fed campaign.  Ummmm....there's nothing to do?!   If I mosey on over to the Romulan of Borg sectors I can attack their ships of course, but I thought this mod add more random mission scripts as well.

I know from what everyone has said, that the on-line experience is what makes this...but until a server starts running again I'd like to get experience with the single player aspect of it.  Am I doomed to just attack all the other factions in their sectors?  Will the AI ever come over in to Fed space?  What about in the neutral sectors?

Well the AI never send ships into your space it seems, unless because the map is so large it takes an age for them to do so. I much prefer travelling through sectors alone and taking the random mission scripts that appear in the mission scripts.
