btw, other than changing the usual textures, any of you guys have good ideas of additional model parts i could put onto it to make into other variants like a gunship, science ship or something. i personally think its hull screams modular >:]

Very cool !!!! I'd be interested to see what the tender looks like with Oberth style nacelles on it. Actually it might be cool to see a tender that looks like this ........

Start with an Oberth main hull, add the Miranda mega phaser guns to either side of the Oberth main hull. Add an external platform slung beneath the oberth main hull and place two psuedo fighters on the platform  :). Just thinking out load lol.

tried, oberth nacellas would be way too small. not only the size but it wouldnt be enough to move the mass of 3 ships (plausibility) :/

as for you idea, its sort of alright but i need some clarification, what sort of platform? a visible pseudo fighter on a stick wont work because it doesnt disappear when you "launch fighers" in SFC  ;P

Never a problem Mackie.. if a texture is missing, I can sometimes replace it myself, but I can't do the mesh.  (grin)

It's not often, but I always make sure that the SFC versions have all of them.  :)
