D.Net's NEW SERVER needs A HAND...
« on: August 25, 2005, 03:28:09 pm »
Currently, we're trying to bring up a server for a possible replacement for LOKI which hosts the D.Net webs.

We're about $150 shy of what we need to get it up (basically 4 18 GB SCSI drives, Compaq Drive carriers, and one more 512 MB strip of ECC RAM, I've already paid for the chassis, dual processors, additional hardware, etc. etc.), so I'm asking anyone in the community that would like to donate some cash for this effort to do it. PLEASE think about supporting our community -

DONATE HERE

We are asking for your help, so let us know. Remember, any donation $20 or over automatically qualifies you as a voting member of the Dynaverse Gaming Association.

Put me down for $20 ...   frankly I 'll  have Nanner do a transfer to ya through his business.  All my RL transactions are via ck or cash.

Wish I could do more ..  but frankly I'm working on a little project of my own.

thanks

Anything is appreciated.

Heck, Dizzy even wanted to see if we'd take a penny.

what does a voting member do? I didn't think there was anything that needed voting on aside from the occasional "does my ship rock" thread.

Actually The DGA is about to go Big time, and There will be plenty of Issues coming up for the Members of the DGA.
