one shows up with a big A and one shows up as a small a The small a is the one we were seeing this on. Its the one that has no b ases or any thing but a couple of enemy ships and a planet.

ISC CVL drawing Hydran OVs in 74

and not once in a while it's consistant.Courier Patrol is very bad for it.

its not letting me change th cap k to a small one in my profile and when i change it on the dyna log in it just counts me out with an error when i try to log into your server. Just thought you would like to know this.

I changed your e-mail address in the Dynaverse.net database directly. Try it now.

(P.S. I had do do it twice myself when I changed my e-mail here with the profile interface to test a klingon account, for some reason it didnt seem to take the first time but did the second time.... we will be updating SMF soon I hope...)

All EEK missions timewarp, not much I can do but pull them all... I'll consider it.

Ahoy!
Last night was great lotsa people on and i had a wingman. however the dynaverse teamspeak server was crashing every game.

. and when it did such we got dropped from the forge. $:-\$

Did a mission solo and when the mission started it said host flywheel left new host flywheel. about 5 secolndsafter that game froze then it spit me to the debrief screen where it said defeat. and i lost a vital defence point. owell other than that im havbein a blast , thanks "Bonk!

Hey Bonk... thnx for the server, it is fun.

I had a weird thing happen to me yesterday... not sure if its a server related issue or not, but thought Id come here. When I went to log in yesterday, in the login screen to d2, I had strange font in the login info space... where I input my acct info. I ignored it and put my info in, and logged in... I went to the forge server, and came onto a different map. Players were there, and my profile seemed fine... but the map was completely different. At first I thought the map had been reset, but others there were seeing map as it was....

I logged out, back to d2 login screen... same strange font appeared in my login info slots. Changed and logged back into the forge... same new map. I then went and reinstalled the game, came back and all was back to normal. It was back to the proper map and all seemed fine.

Im using my gsa acct to login with... and also my gsa program itself quit working for me. It fails to load my profile, so Im guessing it was a gsa problem itself... although I was still able to login to d2 server list.

Anyway... thought Id come here and mention it. I seem to login fine right now onto the proper map, and no more weird font is appearing after I reinstalled OP. But if any have an idea what the hell happened, Id like to hear.

That is truly strange, since a reinstall fixed it, I can only conclude your client got corrupted somehow. I am curious to know exactly how, but since the files are now overwritten or replaced there is no way to tell.

With repect to GSA, who knows, they still insist my original nickname there belongs to someone else... (corresponds to when they gave paying customers nickname priority, effectively wiping all existing free account nicknames)

Glad to hear you are enjoying it. Our fearless leader Frey also deserves credit as the creative director and host of The Forge, I'm just the lowly tech guy.

Its always my solution to reinstall hehe...

If it happens again Ill leave it as is and request some help... Ive never seen anything like that before.

Rusk? is that risky? I know I got sent to desktop once last night when risky went to draft... Not the first time thats happened, That seems to happen occasionally depending on the night and the player... Theres even a hex (Id have to look wich one, and I will for the lowly tech guy...

) that consistantly sends me to desktop when I try to mission there... same thing with Nastinad, we've tried a few times to hit the hex and always get sent to desktop...

anyway... thnx for response. and you guys keep up the good work.

I just went a logged in to check that hex number we were having probs with... Its a neutral planet hex, 29, 5... although I ran a dockyard raid there just now without incident... but I believe it was the planet assault mission that was dropping us. Ill go back later...

Damn frogs are beating us back... we lost our supply route to get there... grrr... I told yous to get out of our space.

Think it be time for a db clean it's starting to get stickynot to mention all the forfieted missions i've seen in the news :police:prob have a bit to do with it ..."Helmsman falls asleep,relieve he/she of duty."ie ; log out ,forfieting missions hard on the system

I am going to increase the forfeit penalty to 1000 PP to deter forfeits, you are warned!
