On a more serious note, SFB D-racks don't really translate into SFC, but from the ship description it would seem that the C- and B-racks got switched out in favor of having higher capacity BATS drone racks for the sake of "resupply" and a more flexible drone-type payload rather than being "out of room", overgunned, etc. Keeping the regular Z-NCA racks makes more sense in the SFC environment, and the phaser suites and weapons arcs of a K-FDW and Z-NCF are different enough that I don't think there needs to be a worry that they'd lose any distinct racial flavor. Yeah, there's some crap about Z-BF needing D-racks 'cause of warp field stresses on weapons booms in SFB, but that stuff should be a guide, not some crumby absolute, especially in cases where stuff doesn't translate.
So...in the future, among other things, let's get 2 C- and 2 B-racks, 4 B-racks, or maybe even just 4 F-racks on the Z-NCF, and maybe look at other ships like the Z-BF which have D-racks in SFB and see if we can make a more sensible and effective drone rack package for them.
On a side note, can any fighter/PF race act as a fighter or PF donor, or just certain ones?
