« on: August 04, 2005, 07:49:26 am »
08-3-2005 Update:
As promised you can now download the Beta client. This client will auto update each time its launched. Once installed you will not have to download the client again. You will have to register a new account to access the program. Alot of the tool bar links are not connected as stated its a beta version. You can download the Client here ->  http://wgleague.com/store/downloads/WGL_Gamer_Arena_0.2_BETA.zip and support forums are here -> http://wgleague.com/forum/default.asp?C=5 .

We are giving a sneak look at it so curious minds will be satisfied.  ;D Remember we are still working on it and now have the program templated 75% done. We kept with the Mplayer concept and plan on adding voice and web cam rooms in the future.

Our main consintration has been on security and the client having the ability to auto update. Once template is created we will be adding the web intrface plus a couple of beta gaming rooms for testing. Please feel free to log on and check it out. We are aware of alot of the none working tool bar options (they are waiting on web interface), but at least you will get a idea of how and what the Gamers Arena will be like.

The intergation of league formats like WGLeague will be on a Global basis plus each lobby will have its own stats. The intergartion of a advanced league system will provide gamers the communtiy they always wanted with intergarted clan, fleet and group web pages with rank structure, headline news, stats, sub divisions and a whole lot more... CHECK OUT our http://BF2League.com to see the older version of our leagues. The newer version that will be intergrated into the Gamers Arena is 5 times more advanced than our current league system.

If you have any question or suggestions, please visit our forums from the link above. All input is welcomed and accepted.
