Hey, there's lots of loudmouths guys in our forums from Oklahoma, like Stephen; why not make some registries with their names?

thata ctualy works too...perhaps adding an abreviated X cannon (screw the dorsal torp mount-unless u make it look like the one from hidden frontier) and maybe the nacelle platforms from the gal-x as well, and a torp atatchment such as from satrtrek miranda you could have a post-Dominionwar look on it without ruining the overall feel.

Edit: there is one glaring issue that needs to be addressed...the fact that the extensive hull aztecing of the galaxy main hull and nacelles is absent from the pylons which makes it look a bit tacky..

Not bad at all. In fact its pretty close to this Galaxy-Sovy hybrid by Dak Pheonix; the USS Allegiance perhaps you could tackle this?:

I love the wat they did the warp nacelle.  That's almost what I orignally had in mind with the orignal concept with the X-CLC.

and BTW..  I agree ..  I like this model.  I cant wait to get the MOD version.

Seems to me I talked to him once and got the ok to persue the phalanx class but could never get anyone to build it.

The guy who made that ship doesn't like his work recreated without his permission.  I asked about this ship before, and found this out.

well if youre talking about Oklahoma class , its not exactly a difficult concept to come up with AND this is not a recreation of it. in fact, the most of the inspiration came from something called 'Frontier class' (if i remember the name right) which was a scetch drawn by someone i dont even remember, unfortunately.
most of the oklahoma was bashed in late 2002 or early 2003 :/

take my Warspite class for example, that was my own idea all the way. then i found out later on that someone had already made nearly the exact same ship way before i did and that was called Apollo class :/

I wasn't talking about the Oklahoma.  I didn't mention which ship I was referring to, so my apologizes for that.  I was referring to the Allegiance (SP?) found at Phoenix Archetypes.  I had asked about that ship, and whether it could be ported or recreated, and found out that the original author of that ship doesn't really give that kind of permission, cause he doesn't want his work distributed to other platforms or recreated for anything.  Sucks really, cause it's a beautiful ship.  Closest thing I've seen that comes to it is WZ's new Titan.
