I think it may be a good company, has anyone noticed how old and decrepit many railcars are nowadays? Just like with the new tanker standards, ALL single hull tankers must be scrapped by 2010, no ifs, ands or buts. The downside is that Taiwan and China are building most of the new double hull tankers, not the EU or the U.S. shipyards, though one Norway company insisted on reviving the Philly shipyards!

Yes, I'm kicking myself in the arse for not paying attention to that one, but I cannot buy IPOs when I'm in Mexico as Scottrade does not do those yet, I would have to go to a financial trading institution here in the U.S.
