I still love my beloved FRO, but Valero is really jamming now! $3.06 in dividends is not something to sneeze at!

I plan on buying Premcor, as Valero will pay cash and stock when the buyout is approved, so it's a win-win situation.

Now if only Valero would make the grades of their gasoline the same as Chevron or Texaco or whatnot. They seem to like being an octane level or two below the competition. The price of their gas is adjusted accordingly though, so it's all good.
