Thanks for date stamping the files.  Maeks it much easier to see if you have the latest.

I just checked, server wasn't showing.  If intentional great.  If not ... crap, now what's wrong with my settings  :-\

Might want to either pull NWHomeworld assaukt or changew the center planet to a coreworld. For the attacker, if you lose the hex drops in DV.

Ran Met Allied patrols A B and C w/ a Kling ship in home space no ai draw mission complete 150 pp also happened in neutral space between Rom Kling Gorn same thing happened with with A B C enemy patrols.They all worked fine when in an allied hex or enemy hex.

Personally, I think the no AI draw issue should be considered an undocumented feature. After all, most times when you're patrolling your home space, you're not going to find the enemy. So you detect what might or might not be a ship, and if there is one there, fine. If not. That's an easy 150 prestige for investigating what turned out to be nothing.
