Any of you great guys out there want to make the USS Scotty? I figure it would be a nice tribute, since the actor passed away today.

I have a ship I was building, it needed a name. The USS Scotty would be an interesting name.

Seems like he posted that and the one he did for one of the other (TOS) Charactors as well. He posted them both in the old Taldren Forums just before it closed ( I think )

Although .. I'm not sure if they were sketches ... or if someone else made them for him after he did the sketches ..

Any one remember ?

If there is a Map already established .. I can try to retext .. All I have is Photoshop 5.5 ( with approval from my finicial advisor to acquire the up-grade !) Believe me when I tell you I'm still trying to learn ... and have a long ways to go ! ( But not half bad for an old man who was told it was way over his head .. and not to worry about messin' with it !)

I think just a simple retexture of an original constitution would be very fitting. Remember TNG Relics.. the original Enterprise, no damn A B C or D... U.S.S. James Doohan NCC-1920. I might give it a go myself.

Do that.. I almost have its refit complete (the USS Doohan NCC-1920).

Thought that it'd be appropriate to use Lord Schtupp's USS Monitor as the basis... sometihing about it screamed to be done with his name (for me at least). All that needs to be completed are the color textures.. and I should have those complete within half an hour.

Very nice work. I like.. The ship I'm working on is more of a TMP style ship, I already posted pictures before, but it got lost somewhere between my divorce and my job. maybe once I get some time off work I may put the nacells on it so people will quit calling is a cardassian.
