Its hard making low poly models after spending sooooo mutch time making really high ones  ;)

Akami,  I like it.  It really does fit the mindset one would expect from Scotty.   To hell with being pretty, it is going to be the best at it's job.  Please finish this one.  I'd love to have a screen saver of a ship named afterr Doohan.

no offense intended, but would it not have made more sense too start in tmp, or late tmp, as they really were not legends (IE the press all over kirk and CO during the launch of the ent-b) untill after TOS? Having any crewmember of TOS getting a name vessel of TOS era seems to be jumping the gun a tad chronologicly speaking, anyways. My 2cents.

Personally, I like the idea of making a TOS ship that bears his name.  It's the era in which Scotty was happiest.  Also, since this is the actor's name and not the character's name, I don't see any problem.
