Daedalus class Retexture

Alright this is 4 releases, first set is P81's Daedalus class which I have his full premission on, here are some jpegs of his redone, block 2 has the comparison of his to mine

This is Block1 2156-2161 Earth Romulan War Era


This is Block2 2161-2196 Federation Era


Now these are for Darkdrones Daedalus class 1.3 it can be downloaded here

This one to make it look like my screenshots requires you to edit the model and add the light maps, model is not included untill I get premission from Darkdrone, simple as that.

Just an FYI, don't post a model before you get permission. I understand you are only looking for opinions, but posting something and then telling folks not to use it is like buying someone a beer and telling him not to drink it. 8)

Darkdrone's around. ;) Also, check the permissions thread that's stickied in the modeling forum. He might have some sort of blanket permission already in there.

As far as my opinion goes, many in the community wanted a model of Gabe Koerner's Enterprise for SFC so I made one. It was a lot of work and really pushed my modeling skills at the time. I hadn't done anything quite that extravagant before. I contacted Gabe through PM and email  for permission but he never responded (Even though I know he recieved the PM and probably the email too.). I never released the model.

Sorry, misunderstood. I think the retexture looks real good. Definitely more old school, which I like.
