Very interesting idea ...

I like the "PT boat idea"  but as some pointed out ..  I wasn't sure if it fir in.  I have a late TNG idea that was simular.. (tabled it until I get a couple of project FINISHED !)

I plan on DL this one this PM..

Actually, you could leave it and just texture in some sensor pods like on the Constellation class...no deflector, uses other systems to avoid flotsom. ;)
