I've got a HP iPAQ 5500 PocketPC myself, and have never had any problems with it. All the software for handhelds I've ever tried installing to it works. It connects to the internet just fine as well. The only thing I was disapointed about it was that the GPS addon for it doesnt work in Australia  ::)
