once Hexx mentioned to me to run the DH123 file, I have had no problems getting onto the server so far.  No real bugs to report other than the general chat and specific chats were not operational, but I know they will be come time to fly.  Luckily I dont ever have to uninstall-reinstall the game at all for any changes ever made, but it just takes about 10 extra seconds to load up the game on first load.

well it appears I may have spoken too soon.  When flying with another person and he launches ISC PFs, I CTD every time.  If he launches fighters, NP.  Green tells me he has a long story of a fix for this somewhere in here, so I will be searching for it, but as said before, I think someone posting links to the actual fighter.txt and shiplist.txt that will be in use for this server would be appreciated by many.

The problem isn't the list.txt but rather the models.  The BAT files must be run so everything points in the right direction.  My info is at:

And as I noted in the post...the tweaks worked for me, that doesn't mean it will work for everyone.

I tried both the installer and the zip, whenever an ISC launches an I-INT it CTDs, yes i ran the batch file, also one of the romulan or mirak vessels causes the same problem(not sure which, since whenever the AI causes it, i always have mirak wings and rommie opponents)

Again, Risky, after you run the installer, there is a batch file that must be run in order for everything to work. If you didn't run that batch file, you're going to get this behavior.

Running that batch file did not fix it but i found what did, thx to HEXXX again(oh boy).  I did post earlier that the DH123 executable for dos file needs to be placed in the root directory of Orion Pirates, THEN RUN FROM THERE> .  This works, it fixed the bug with the PFs for the 4 races that did not show up in folders.

Exactly.  You most move the BAT files to your core OP folder...and then run them.

that wasn't enough for me, after running the .bat, I had to use the Zip version Hexx so kindly petitioned for in order to supply the models

How many different ranges are you using?
They have 4 range settings you know...

I was just looking at the ESG Icon on the ship display.  2/3 of it "light up" as weapons do when charged.  The bottom 1/3 stays dark as if it's not charging.  I should try an "onion" to see if I get 3 though - maybe it's just the display that's off.

G-CVT third fighter/PF starts as a 0, if you try to change it, it says "Ship not found!!!"   It is a really nice ship, but that bug really needs to be fixed.  I could be carring another PFd  ;D

L-DWV & DWVm are exactly the same ship- (m has mechlinks) one could be deleted

K-FSX (scout xship)- has 8x PhaserX rather than Ph1 (FYA is 30 so don't think it will be an issue- but FYI)

R-CNV+
R-CNVxp seem to be the same ship (same BPV etc) -just in cae your trying to remove ships from the list
R-SKSX Has PhX armament (YFA 31)

G-CVA
G-CVAxp both have YFA as 20, with XP having better armament I assume the CVA could be taken out.

Also (of course) the X starbases and FTX's for all races still use Xphasers. (which would just make base assault and Convoy raids more fun)
Again with YFA's I assume it won't be an issue-

I checked it out today and yes, all 3 DO work.  Leave it be, its' fine with me!
