The Kzin Heavy Fighters are going to be removed from the list.   I had added them for all race and forgot to remove the Kzin.


I take it all other races will lose theirs as well, I did notice heavy hydran fighters as well  ;)

How many of those Monsters can the Hydrans put on a ship?

2 gats 4 fusions 2 hellbores speed 30 and 31 damage to kill on the worst of them, which come out in year 17

2 for most ships, the Overmind has 4.

This is a 90% mid-early server folk, focus your Bitching there  ;D

No problem then, not really familiar with heavy fighters so I thought they might be used to replace normal fighters.

Ok I'm confused again.  I thought you meant that they would replace PFs on Hydran "Pf tenders"  are you saying they could have 2 of these in addition to several squads of fighters?

In SFB, any ship could have 2 PFs added.

In this mod, the other races have casual Tenders.   Normal ships with 2 PFs slapped on

THe Hydran "Casual Tenders" get 2 Heavy fighters added.

We did the Same thing on SGO3

Just curious, don't really know much about heavy fighters and only so much about pfs.....but were the Hydran PFs not balanced compared to the other races?

I still might, but they are in the list for now.  I need to discuss this with J'inn and Kroma.

I don't think they are too bad because I don't see people flying them anyway, Light Cruiser X-ships are a better choice.

If Casual Tenders go, so do the Hydran heavy fighters.

Launching the PFs (1 PFDL and 1PFD) cause a CTD for the Z-MCC+f

Not sure if you were going to delete the PFs for the Kzin or not...

(PS - BAT file was run on first crash...I even went and checked by doing it via the manual)

Check to see if there's a zpf.mod file in the DH123/Models/ZPF directory

All of my DH123/Models/ files are empty.
I had them originally (from another installer) but put a clean copy of OP on the system for this server
and (after running the installer) they're not there (folders are there- no files)
Might just be something I did though.

The Batch file makes the models.   lowers the installer size to less than 2 MB

Did I mention only standard installs are supported?  :P

run it from a command prompt

the Batch files need to be in the root of the SFC directory in order for them to work
