Aloha all about the shaving thing, Alien doesn't shave this weasel but I try to keep myself trimmed (heh)  8)
And I like to view the crew as still being on patrol but guided by Neptune to all the greatest Mermaid stops.

Thanks for calling Stephen allot of those RATES (Remember the MOS lable is a landlubber thing) look as if they are under the old system that was abolished close to 20-30 years ago.  The rates listed looks as if they are using the primary and secondary rating.  For example, my rate Interior Communications Electrican (IC) used to be a secondary rating under the Electricains Mate (EM) rating.  It would've been listed as EMIC but, I could be wrong since the rateing system has changed so often.  I copied the list you posted and will do some research for ya to see what I can find for you.

Hey speaking of Submarines did you know that the names of the ones that are "still on patrol" are not used again.  I noticed a few mods with USS Thresher or Scorpion etc....Same is true with Arizona but weird how some of the Cruisers got re-used.  I sure wish we would stay to a naming scheme vice random though they still try to use Battles for Cruisers, Military or Historical figures for DDG and Presidents for CVN's Subs naw...Presidents, Fish, States, Cities arrrr wish they would stick with fish but they don't vote or so sez Rickover.

I felt the same Scrag, and what irks me more is we have ships named for Presidents still living, and even airports gettin renamed for them.  >:(

Bring back Enterprise, Lexington, Valley Forge, Essex, etc... That rang of America and liberty, some President's name just doesn't do it..

Cute comments.  Also, one other thing is the specialties listed, the other services use the MOS designation.  The Navy uses NEC's.  That is another difference that needed to be pointed out.
