Begining to hate being on call
« on: June 22, 2005, 10:49:18 pm »
Last two Wensdays they did not call, And it dont look like they are going to call this one either. But I got to stay up at least till midnight, even tho Im tempted to take my sleeping pills and go to bed. At least Ill get a full nights sleep.

And it really screws up trying to make plans too.

I feel your pain, man. Being on call driver has ruined many a weekend plan for me. for a whole week you are basically stuck at the house from 4PM till 4AM waiting for nothing.

The advantages of living in the Heart of Dixie- low cost of living, peace and quiet and a conservative majority. For some reason I think that the first two items have a lot to do with the presence of the last one.
