So Tired

Of cheesey this or cheesey that. Have not eaten any fish lately, may go on a fish and salad binge. One of the bad things about being single,  being stuck in a rut and desideing what to eat.

Get the Ronco rotisserie like Storm bought and I bought one after his review of it, you will be able to fix perfect and quick dishes EVERY time!  ;D

http://www.showtimerotisserie.com/

You can buy em for less at dept. stores or Wal-Fart, there are 3 different models that differ in features and prices. I have the white one (Showtime standard). Makes beef cook PERFECTLY and is very easy to clean. Cooking time is LESS than an oven by a third of the time to cook!

Sometimes I think I could have done well selling these in Chihuahua as they do not have them.

I got mine for 100 bucks at Target, and it came with everything I needed, even a video to watch them work their stuff! It really rocks the house food cookingwise as grilling can be a chore and ovens are not as hot as restaurant ovens, and we ALL know what microwaves do when you cook beef in them, ughhhhhh, destroys the texture and taste. Plus it has an automatic timer! Hence the slogan "Set it and forget it."

Alien...

I come from Dixie and have watched people eat raw oysters since I was old enough to realize what I was seeing- though I STILL don't BELIEVE  they are doing it. ;)

I can never understand why people would want to eat raw stuff. Fish should be deep fat fried to a nice golden-brown and sprayed with lemon juice, or blackened heavily in spices that will keep you sinuses clear for months and then baked, or put in gumbo or MAYBE grits occasionally.

Sorry, but raw fish is called 'bait'... ;D
