Question about Java applets
« on: June 14, 2005, 12:44:42 am »
For some strange reason, even though my P/C has Java enabled in the scripts section under internet tools then security, I cannot run yahoo chat (java based applets) or my real time Scottrade quotes (java based) like I could on Vicky's P3 or my old trusty P4 1.4.  >:(

Any ideas on what in hades is going on?

Thanks,

Jack

A BIG thanks to Jerry, as I went to Sun's website and got the new 5.something download, low and behold I can now use java applets and my real time Scottrade quotes!  ;D

Weird thing is, the java cup is on my lower icons, but I could care less.

THANK YOU JERRY!  :)
