You are assuming that 3-ways will work if the RM's decide to 'care' about the VC structure rules. On SG4, it was quite clear that side A didnt 'care' that side C would win, they only 'cared' about crushing side B. To hell with the VC's... That's a big assumption. I wouldnt bet on it.
