Topic: Firesoul, are Captain's Logs cannon? (Read 2087 times)

Firesoul, I noticed quite a few neat ships in the captain's log series of SFB. Are these ships outside the scope of OP+ or can I suggest a few new ones for you to include in the next update?

Captain's Log stuff is all play test matirial, unless ADB says otherwise, Like puting them in a Captain's module latter like they did with the Vudar. They got put in a module so they went from playtest to official.

But some times things stay playtest stuff even tho they are in a captain's module like the simulator races.

Thanks Khalee1. I saw a few ships that were VERY cool. I wiish they were cannon, but I can always try them out.

Well, it's been days and no "official" response. So, if you'll allow me to answer your question.

Way back in the beginning of OP+ FS stated that only ships released in modules would be added. That playtest, fan site, and Captain's Logs ships wouldn't be used. I don't think that you were around back then, though.
The reason that I remember this is because there are some official ships in CLs that haven't made it to full modules yet. So, I thought that was a bit too limiting personally, but that's his call.
