Just got the patch and I have to say, its pretty cool.  I can't really put my finger on what has changed, it just feels different.  One thing though, I wouldn't want to be Klingon or Romulan.  Now for some reason they take ages to cloak, there shields are down longer and I can just blow thm away with a few volleys of Quantum Torpedos.  but other than that the game feels good!
