Is this suppose to be an Omega Race?  I don't know as I do not have the Omega modules.

you know, if you were to put a primative ring drive, or a partial one, it would make an excelent vulcan vessel too.

Ya know, I think you're right.  It would need a slight retexture, of course, but that's not a bad idea.
