TMP era Romulan ships, were there any?

   Okay, I got a problem with a related project. The Romulans never made any appearances after TOS and before TNG. So I am left with needing TMP era Rommies and have none. So either I am going to have to moddel one (big one for me since I haven't modled anything other than a practice fighter in Max).
  Anyone make some TMP style rommies that would like to see get used? I will help touch them up for SFC3 if they aren't already.

Thu11s' Rommies are the best I've seen for TMP style Roms. True to the SFB idea of the modular Rommies, but done with a bit of style. He's got the KillerHawk (BCH), FireHawk (NCA), SparrowHawk (NCL), & StarHawk (PF) covered, but the Skyhawk (DD), SeaHawk (FF) & the DNs are still to be done. A bash of the KHK would make a good RGK/RHK too.

If Thu11s' skin is not to your liking, Ganymad has an alternate skin for the FireHawk that also works well for the  KillerHawk .  

(FYI, the KHK's break mod uses a rollbar to mount the plas-R pod. I've copied that model as the base model as well as the break.)

TMP Romulans

Thulls Romulans are awesome!

I love ganymad's retextures too!

Moonraker made a few good ones from Klingon Academy too!

I have done a few good retextures myself for the KR series and a few using the D2 textures

We are still waiting for the TMP Romulan Melak warbird  (from ST: New Worlds)  to be released.

i have made this, its the romulan TMP imperial Phoenix from StarFleet Academy

 

this is for Armada2 but if there is one who would convert it, you could have it

I'd be very interested in seeing a screen shot from the game that had this ship in it originally.

Regarding conversions, I'd contact Darkdrone at: darkdrone01@hotmail.com and see if he would be willing to convert it and any other models you (TOS Space Amoeba is COOL!) have for you. I make no promises for you but if he has the time or interest I think he can help. Once your Romulans are in .Mod format I'm sure plenty of us folks will be willing to try doing some retexture work for you.

ok i have converted only the basic model to SFC2, it has no hardpoints and no break model
