They are a subject race of the Klingons Located in the southern regions of the Empire which also includes Hydran space I would guess their space is no bigger than the LDR's or WYN's. But you'll just have to get F1 and F2 to find out more about them.  ;)

I wish I could.  I tried ordering Y1 a few days ago and was sad to discover that they don't take my Discover card for orders.  Ugh!  :banghead:
