feds need some thing
« on: May 22, 2005, 11:42:58 pm »
sign up for the mirror mirror campaign
currently we are being over run by the klinks for the simple reason that they always out number us.
they are able to run more missions on a hex than we can.
get the picture?
so how about all the feds that signed up make an appearance?
sure could use the help.
been on several times daily since the campaign started and have seen the feds outnumber the klinks once.
then it didnt last long.
we are fighting a losing battle right now,so show your federation spirit and come help fight the evil hordes of red blooded
scum that would like nothing better than to see your head on a pike!!!!!!!!!!!
so go see your local federation recruiter now.
your childrens future may depend on it.
want your kids growing up learning to speak klingon?
your humble federation servant/patriot
kilroy.........true blue..........are you?????

We are the TERRAN EMPIRE you shaved-ape!!!   ;D

There are no klinks.

Seriously, if this server is a blow out we can always blame Hexx so nothing is lost.

Actually I don't think we can blame Hexx for this one, the teams from the draft looked pretty balanced on paper, but hard to account for the irregularities on players R/L schedules and such.  This just appears to be one of those things that noone could have forseen with players from one side having less available time and players on the other having more than expected.  You expect it to kinda balance out, with some of each type on both sides, but it doesn't always happen that way.  Maybe the situation will correct itself, I doubt it but let us hope so.

If not just consider yourself lucky to have a target rich environment 90% of the time   :P

Having fun though, and have still found plenty of other items and changes to blame on Hexx so all is good  ;)

grrr dang ungrateful Fed boys in blue.  As a Klingon drafted to fight for the Federation on this one I must ask why shouldn't I want my kids to grow up speaking Klingon?   (I've earned better than 20,000 prestige so far this server).

One thing that may be affecting things is that this is a Canadian long weekend.  Once our people are back to work on Tuesday things may balance out better.   If not then we will just need to be better and work harder to win.   You could try and identify those who have not yet flown and PM them reminding them that the server has begun.

Fighting AI gets really dull, even sides adds drama and fun.

All jokes aside, if this stays this way some Terrans should switch.

I nominate Hexx  ;D
