Wow, they permit the use of hallucenogenic substances during movies down there?

Story---> Good,
Acting--> Good,
Special Effects --> Friggin Amazing
Dialogue--> Uhmm terrible

I liked it- after the fall
I honestly found it boring until the fall. I thought it was  even more incoherent than most of my posts are up until that point.
Now- I did read the book, and I found it well written (from a space opera book point of view)
It seemed to fill in a ton of details that were missing from the movie, as well (imho) it added some actual depth
and soul searching to Anakin's choice as well as to the conflicting loyalties he felt.

That being said I didn't dislike the movie- thought the second half of it alone is the best Star Wars film ever done, just
really didn't like the first part. It's like whoever wrote the love story part has never been laid. Most of the lines used in a bar
on a Saturday night seem more emotional than the ones the star crossed lovers used.

Anyway still- even hating the first part- would highly recommend seeing it in the theatre.
The Lightsaber battles are amazing, and the special effects are fantastic.

One of the reasons we went to the 2:00 pm show...to avoid the crush in the later shows. That and it's a whole lot cheaper... ;)

Yeah, no oscar performances for the acting on that movie.  I was thinking "shut up and get on with the explosions and light saber duels" anyway when the dialog was going on.  Nice to see R2 kick some butt!  Also nice to see order finally coming to the galaxy!  As it should be!

I think GL secretly talked with RDM.  The movie was actually good for a war film and the character development was believable. There was even character development.  Nah, this can't be a Star Wars film. And, Jar Jar did not say anything.  That suxxors...

NOT!!

Messa only talk on forums not in the bombad film theaters. ;D

Okay, Regency, as the Regency in Arlington area of Jacksonville, Florida?

If so, I didnt know you guys lived that close.

I saw it saturday morning at the AMC in Orange Park, 1015 show, lol. Only 2 dudes dressed up. Second one in the theater, got the top row seat, lol.

TOTAL time from picking up pre-paid tickets at the machine to movie 1.5hrs.

So much for camping out and waiting in line all day with morons beating the crap outa you while trying to saberdanc...er, saberduel.

Was the Regency in Brandon, Fl. Just outside the Tampa area. I went to the 2 pm show on Friday. Also got tickets in advance, just walked right in...only maybe half full theatre at best. Of course, they did have like 4 theaters showing it (out of 20).

Kroma gives it to circles and a snap!!!  Took my 6 year old son, who has been conditioned to love Star Wars since birth, and his buddie. Had to drag the 4 year old daughter along too as I was watching both since no school on friday for either. Going to go back and see it again sans snoring 4 year old on lap and figity 6 year old padawans. Well maybe I will bring one 6 year old padawan along if he lays off the swizzle sticks.
