Came out at the same time as the first starwars did. Was the first Anime that I saw way back when. Its what got me interested in anime in general Warriors of the wind was the next one, and Im wanting to get that one next. It's old but damn it's still a good film.

Also managed to get monty Python and the holy grail too, along with the first Jerry Lewis and Dean Martin film at war with the army still pretty funny, and the first song is still true today, that the navy gets the steaks and the army still gets the beans.

Too bad theres not much out there like that anymore - with todays effects they could be mind blowing!!

Remember seeing it at the Drive-In when it came out, back then lets just say it was quite "Mind Blowing"
