hi, i used to play this game a few years ago...digging thru my stuff i found my cds and decided to give it another go..im really glad to see that the community is still here and am realy looking forward to getting some game time in.

but im having a problem joining a game via Dynaverse

im patched up to 2.5.5.2 and have run the installer for the mirror mirror server

i can log in to dynaverse just fine after creating a new account, but everytime i try and join the server the game crashes to desktop.

OK.. First, Uninstall the Mirror Mirror EXE.. go to the top of this forum board and look at the sub forum called Enhancements.. get OP + v4.0 and install it first, then install Mirror..

Also, you may want to get the Dynaverse Directory fix for OP located at

http://sfcx.no-ip.com/downloads/mirrors/Pestalence/sfc2_directory_server_updater.zip

This fix will allow Orion Pirates to see the directory server and you will be able to view the current running OP D2 servers.
