This is based on the FASA Romulan X-3 (Aviary) class Border Defence Outpost (KF, I know this was on your list, so I hope it does the trick for you) and she's now available for download:

It was brought to my attention that there was a problem with the Aviary's mod file which meant she wasn't appearing in-game. ???
I'm not sure what the problem was exactly, but I've re-converted the mesh to mod format and uploaded a new version of the file for download - so if anyone wants her, I'd recommend deleting the original version and downloading the new one:

Well, I WASN'T going to play with the X3 textures but I decided I'd try the Armada 2 RSB textures for laughs and giggles...
