No more ifs, ands, or maybe... It's a done deal and the stock is headed to the buyout mark!  ;)

This however, is the winner for today! Notice the volume spike? That's the rich getting in on pre-market trading hours, something you and I would get laughed at for trying to get in.  >:(

I'm kinda of glad legalities will NOT let them sell yet as scheduled, as I KNOW there are people that have invested and have the attention span of a snail, and always look for the quick money. I hope that more of them sell, June is the big month here.  ;)

Current price 1.42 a share, if the vote for the buyout occurs, then that almost like investing a buck and getting two dollars a share PROFIT! Of course, IF the buyout does not get voted for, then people best dump immediately!  ;)

Just an update on MTDX.PK status and performance lately. I wish I had gotten paid when it was down to almost 2 dollars a share profit, but such is life. Perhaps before the vote comes for the buyout some people will sell.

Formula 51-2 has already put up a couple of million as a deposit, and in Jun I WILL vote YES for the buyout.

Heh, I was just thinking of you over in Hot and spicy Jack.  It's hard to keep up with you in the Finance/economic thingies.

I have to pay attention to economy thingies, hehehehehe. I got burned while away in Mexico over a penny stock, and MTDX.PK is a penny stock as well, so no more days without keeping my eyes and ears open, or trusting someone else to execute a trade when I ask and I'm away from the U.S.

The voting day this month will be VERY crucial, and I plan on having the live conference call on the P/C that day. If the vote for the buyout goes through, then it will be crazy, people will be putting a lot of "buy" orders in until shares reach buy out levels of 3 plus. If the vote is no, it could mean frantic "sells."

I hear that. I mostly follow the (very early) Morning news here in OK about agriculture and Cattle. I'm just waiting for the best time to sell some of these Bull calfs.

Voted yes to the proposed buyout yesterday by proxy, final date of voting is coming near, but with the increase in buying I would imagine somebody knows on the inside what the votes are looking to be at, which would be yes to most of them.

Just another update on MTDX as the voting will come to a close soon. I wish that we had someone on the forums who lived in Scottsdale, AZ. Hopefully they have a live webcast of the voting.
