I'll take what I can get, especially since TOPT only paid .21 per share yet they earned almost as much as NAT (TOPT is building a bigger fleet, thus more debt, NAT's policy is to try to pay off debts as quickly as possible so shareholders get dividends worth something).

TOPT is cheap right now, I buy low around 15-17 and sell at 19 or so (kind of like getting 2 bucks dividends, hehehehehe). NAT and FRO I KEEP always as they pay excellent dividends.

As you can see, NAT has done well in P/E and in dividends payout.

Frontline is still my baby though.

Again, another maritime company that has weathered the storms and done well. And UNLIKE THE CANADIANS, they do NOT TAX YOU before you get your dividends payout like when I invested in a Canadian oil company under the ticker PKZ.

Notice the price and dividends payout between NAT and FRO, FRO is now CHEAPER than NAT, yet pays about 3 times the dividends! Expected first qtr dividends from FRO? 3 dollars a share! 

Why the difference ya might ask? Well NAT only has six ships, all suezmax tankers, while Frontline is probably the world's largest maritime tanker company. NAT deals with hundreds of millions of dollars, while FRO deals with BILLIONS.
