Figured I'd run this by you guys as we all knwo the D2 forum is the best place to go for morals advise (except for maybe a Hooters Waitress, but that's another story . . .).

Say you knew a chick who you are slowly trying to weasel your way into her pants (hypotheticly of course) and she tells you about this guys she is dating.   

Say you know for a FACT that this guy has been with Hookers from a Lovely dive in Paterson NJ.

Do you tell her?

That is a sticky one, pun intended. It would be a clear violation of the Guy Code to rat him out directly, however their might me a less direct way to do it. Maybe ask her how he is doing with that horible genital rash you heard he picked up in Paterson. Let her ask him the rest of the questions and see if he can pullout of it. Got to give him a fighting chance.

If this just about tail, and not someone you might actually care about, I'd keep quiet and look somewhere else.  After all, she may have an STD already from the guy.

If this is something else, if the girl is a keeper, you do whatever it takes to take the guy all the way out, Guy Code or not.

Seriously, I believe she out to be aware, If nothing else but for potential Health risks to her self. Of course She'll Get mad at you first, and then him, and then you again, But It's the ethical thing to do, to make sure If you do get to Bed her, she's been checked out.

Why?  Because he is putting her health at risk.  Sexual activity is a HIGH-RISK sexual behavior and could see the transmission of AIDS, Herpes, Hepatitis, Syphillis or any other of the myriad STD out there. 

She needs to know to protect her health.  That's your reasoning and only your reasoning until she's crying on your shoulder and asking if there are any good men out there.

Well, yeah. 

DH has not stated if this girl is a keeper, or a short-term project, and that has a great impact on the efort involved here.  The Judge makes an excellent point about health issues.  If you warn the girl, surely there is a way to do it while appearing to have clean hands.  You could get to her by having a friend of yours go through her best friend.  As a middle school teacher, I see that tactic all the time in adolescent affairs of the heart.  Little girls and women are not so different in this respect.  If you hear something from a best friend, it carries more weight than the same information from a potential sutor.

But if the wonam in question has indeed done the Beast With Two Backs with Hooker Guy, she needs to get warned and tested.

Well, a red flag goes up anytimes a woman start talking about other guys when they are with you.  You really want to listen to that?

Never mind agonizing over whether to be a gossiper.  What makes you think she's gonna listen to you and not her current boyfriend? A nice big slap on the head is probably what you'll get as a reward for "bad-mouthing" her boyfriend.  Let her figure it out on her own. She made the decision to be with this guy, so she'll have to live with the consequences for that decision.  It would be best not to get involved until she figures that out for herself.

Dump her, move on and find someone that will actually talk about you instead of the other guy.

Sometimes you just have set your standards and stand by them if you want people to respect you.  And, you definitely want anyone you date to respect you at all times.

This is another very good point.  If she is talking with you about another guy she is dating, she either does not consider you boyfriend material or is deeply scatterbrained.
