Well, I'm working on some.

TheStressPuppy made a bunch of shuttle models for his TOS Homeworld mod; somehow I got a wild hair to drop them into SFC2 and see what happened... well, this is what happened:

The classic Galileo 7:

A "recon" variation of the Galileo:

The TAS Copernicus:

The TAS "Heavy Shuttle":

And Stress's version of the "TOS Type 9" shuttle, originally designed by Nick Porcino/Meshula Labs:

The pictures are small because I was experimenting with having them at their "true scales," between 7 and 12 meters; the stock shuttle is about 20.

Those are *very* cool. I would really like to see these in SFC format.

Very interesting. At 12 meters, wouldn't they be sort of hard to see when playing? That might be why Taldren made the stock shuttles/fighters at 20 meter so you can see them.

For a TOS type concept, they look great!

They're definitely harder to see than the standard shuttle and fighters, yeah... but then I'm used to that from my Homeworld days...

What we'll probably do is release them with both "large" (stock FMS size) and "small" (their "real" size) versions.

There is something to be said for hard to see. I lost track of a couple of Hydran squadrons in a match and got raped. Out of seemingly nowhere was a burst of more P3 fire than I could count in an instant. I got lit up like a Christmas display.

I don't care for urine in my corn flakes but there it was.
