How is the real estate game going? I have been at Palacio Del Sol and downtown Chihuahua for 3 days. Nice to see oil is still stable.

NAT will be announcing dividends soon, and next month is Frontline's dividends announcements.

NAT has done well since I bought in Dec, 25% appreciation, dividends should be swell. Frontline is the best dividend payer in regards to maritime stocks. If NAT does not pay the 13% dividends they promise, I will sell after they pay and buy more Frontline.

I'm like you, I'm waiting on the last 3 houses of my parents estate to be sold, plus my share of the rental money that was coming in.

I can't complain.  Sold one in March, close one in May, and I'm actively looking for one.  I'm keeping in the basic housing segment and doing okay.  I want to flip 6 by the end of the year, then I am thinking of buying a small apartment building in '06.
