Okay okay . . .   There is a Denial of Service Attack (whatever the hell that is) going on.  This results in some people being able to get on the server while others cannot from time to time.   This is obviously completely unfair as it results in people who have not paid me to cheat for them to get on the server and get an unpaid for advantage.

Therefore, we are bringing it down until the attack thingy has ended.

Please pray for us and be strong during this dark dark hour.

Ah, so that's what is going on.  I've been trying to log onto the server for a couple hours now, and kept getting the firewall message.

You don't know how many times I've typed ipconfig /release_all in desperation.

Well if Fluf was still playing Frey would likely have already recieved the 100 emails (all from Fluf) so perhaps he would have been pestered into action,.....so yeah I guess it is STILL Fluf's fault......

I understand that nobody really knows how long it will take to address the problem.  It would really help people to plan their lives if the Powers That Be simply decide to take an operational pause until a specific time, and then try and bring the server back up every 6 or 12 hours until the problem is fixed. 

Some of us have planned sick days, ya know.

I would suggest that you be more generous to "The Powers that Be" if you wish consideration.
