Topic: spare parts question

i notice that when i beam in spare part from a spacedock or planet or station i don't get much, a planet i get around 8 part and the only stationi was able to was 3 parts, i did change the amouth in each race and neutral but i still get no result so no big amouth of spare parts, so is it normal?, for the ship i do get the amouth i want (more that but the rest i still have small amouth of parts.

i forget to says it in eaw, i don't know if i have that problem in op yet.
