Does Creative Labs owe you some money??

Just read this article in the Inquirer.  Apparently Creative Labs got busted for some misleading ads on their Audigy Cards.  Funny I brought this issue up when the cards first hit the market but nobody believed me.  Well if anyone owns one of these cards they should fill out the form and put the money toward a new system.
