Here are the generalized statements from the other thread. If there is any other options I missed write them down. (keep this thread on topic)

Sorry, but it doesn't include the only option that matters. No launching admin shuttles for the purpose of distracting fighters, and taking advantage of the AI fighter interaction bug.

A poll serves no purpose. The fleets should vote for a change for next cycle, if there even is one.

Option 3 and/or 4 address this IMO.

If not what is the difference of launching admin shuttles at the start of the game, will they not cause the fighters to blow their wad as well if they are already out?

Well cycle or not think of the time we will save by addressing issues as they come up as opposed to waiting to the last minute to come to a consensus

Because the player would then be able to make a decision whther to launch the fighters or deal with your shuttles first. In anycase if you are launching shuttles for the sole purpose of distracting fighters it doesn't matter when you do it in order to be in violation of my proposal.

You are looking for a cut and dry rule because you seem to be of the opinion that players can't be trusted to play sportsman like. I was comfortable with a handshake because I believe they are.

I do not think there is a need of a rule personally, however I also know not everyone plays the game with same level of... shall we say integrity.. as others do. Rules are for those that need guidance or direction on exactly how act or what is allowable in various situations.
It seemed like this is what was required for resolution to this debate.

If there is a better way I wait for enlightenment.
